Café Prepay offers a unique opportunity for parents to pay for student fees via the internet. While there is no fee for creating a Café Prepay account, Café Prepay does charge a website fee (D129 does not benefit from this charge) when making a payment through this service. This website fee is used to cover the costs of maintaining Café Prepay’s website. Please see the FAQ for more information. If you are unwilling to pay this fee when you place an order, please exit Café Prepay. By signing up for Café Prepay, you agree to pay the handling fee. This fee is only charged when making a payment towards your student’s account. Café Prepay does not charge a fee for checking your student’s balance or online Participation Report.
Café Prepay has operated since 1999 to help parents pay school fees conveniently online via credit card. Our services are provided free to your school district. During checkout you will be charged a website fee to cover the cost associated with advancing credits to your child’s account. A typical charge is $1.50 on a $25 payment and at no point of transaction is D129 benefiting from your transaction.

How to use:
- Sign up for an account
- Select all children in your family that will be participating
- Select MY ACCOUNT
- Select EDIT STUDENT
- Select 1st Student’s name and a new screen opens
- Verify or select the boxes you’d like available (Material/Fees) and select UPDATE
Only selections that a school has requested will be available. Middle Schools may offer FIELD TRIPS while Elementary Schools may only choose to receive payments for MATERIAL/TECHNOLOGY 1 – 5. If you would like to see an additional fee added for your school, please discuss this with your principal’s secretary.
- Repeat steps 4 – 6 for each additional child.
- Select MAKE PAYMENT
- The new screen will identify all options for you to make a payment from the previous set-up screens.
- Select all that apply and select NEXT
- This screen will break down the charges for you and tell the additional cost for making a payment online in the line titled: WEBSITE CHARGES
- Select NEXT to continue the checkout process
- At this point you’re asked to verify the credit card you will be using – if okay select NEXT
- Final Screen – Verify the students name, school and the amount you will paying on their account, if all is correct, select PROCESS PAYMENT only one time while the transaction is being processed.
- An THANK YOU screen will appear and an email will be sent to your personal account verifying that Café Prepay has received your payment.
